How to get support

     Running a software like FertiSoft can be wonderful experience and we built it to be user friendly and trouble less. But a good software is not as good without user support. We are providing the best support for FertiSoft.

     We have people available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to answer your questions and fix your problems. We support via the Internet with emails or by phone.

     To be able to give the best support possible, we ask our customers to supply an Internet access to the system for us to do maintenance and support if you need it. This Internet access must be high speed like DSL and connected permanently.

     We have different support options from simple question calls up to the monitoring of your system for failures. The down time has been reduced to a minimum in the past 5 years. Because we think that a medical software must be available when you need it.
