Cycle Results Report
     The Cycle Results Report is a printout of the content of the grid. It is relatively the same layout as you can find on the screen. Paper gives more surface to show more data at once, so the layout on paper is better for a global view of the grid. You can also preview the report on the screen before printing or just to view data with the report layout. To activate the possibility of printing the cycle results, you must have the good cycle on your screen. If you are in another tab, the cycle results printing option will be disabled. If you click on the "Print" button on the Cycle Results tab, you will get a small dialog window like the following picture. In the Output group you have the 2 following choices:

Choose the printer
     If this box is checked, another dialog window will show up asking to which printer you want to print.

Direct to printer
     If this box is checked, the printout will go directly to the printer instead of being shown in a preview window. You can then decide if you need a paper copy or not and print a copy from this screen.
 


     The "Form" radio buttons are to select the type of output you prefer. Leaving it to Automatic will select the output format according to the number of column in the grid. There is a maximum of 32 columns in the legal landscape format. If you choose a smaller format that holds a number of columns smaller then the number of column in the grid, not all the columns will be printed. So make sure you choose a format that can hold all the columns in your grid. The preview screen will look like this:
 

 

Pregnancy Calculation window

     This little dialog box is used to calculate an approximation of the date of delivery for a pregnancy. The date of day one is calculated according to the selected cycle. The "Date for weeks calculation:" is to show the number of weeks at a certain date. Changing this date will change the number of weeks accordingly.
 


     The probable date of delivery can either be calculated from LMP or from day of retrieval (this allows for transfers at different days).

     When there is no procedure, the date is estimated and the word "Estimated" will be displayed in the center. You can also change the dates to change the calculation parameters.
