Login
     When you start FertiSoft, you are presented with a Login screen prompt (see picture). You need to enter your Login User Name and Password. Normally this has been setup by the System Supervisor. The FertiSoft login is NOT case sensitive. Note the legal text shown on this screen. This text is configurable according to your State or Country laws. Your logo can also appear on this screen to personalize FertiSoft to your Center.

     When your done entering the required information, click "OK" to enter FertiSoft or "Quit" to return to your Windows Desktop.

     You cannot be logged more then once in the system. If you try to login for a second time, FertiSoft will send an error message advising you so. Also, as soon as you reach the total number of concurrent users (according to your license), you will also receive an error message about it.
 


     If you entered a wrong User Name or Password, the system will return the following message:
 


     After the 3 tries, if you still do not have a valid User Name and Password, your access is denied and you receive the following message:
 


     This message will show up for 3 seconds and you will be returned to your Windows Desktop.

     If you do have access to FertiSoft and still get the "Access Denied" message, you should contact your administrator to have your user account verified and your password changed (if necessary).
