Report - Insurance Info
     There is 1 patient's insurance information report; which includes data for both the patient and partner. You can see example of the report in the following picture.

     It contains information from the demographic and insurance information tabs in the patient chart. The insurance notes and the pending reason notes are also shown.

     The report is split in 2 columns, the left for the current patient chart and the right for the partner, if there is one. For complete information on how the preview window works, click "Here".
