	Report - Lab Results
	The Lab Results report contains information transmitted from the laboratory to the patient chart with some information from the demographic info tab such as the names, address, phones, date of birth, etc. The partner's demographics and some other information are also shown. The report is split in 3 columns, the left for the cycle results, the middle for full hormone profile and the right for the CBC, cultures and miscellaneous tests. Cycle Results This section holds results from the major blood tests as defined in the system for the cycle results grid. There is the date of test, type of test and the transmitted result for this test. Full Hormones Profile This section holds results for Full Hormones Profile. There is the date of test, type of test and the transmitted result for this test. CBC, miscellaneous and Cultures This section holds all the other tests not covered by the 2 first sections. This is true for CBC and cultures. There is the date of test, the type of test, the transmitted results and a comment for this test.
