Report - Medical Info
     There are 2 types of  patient medical information reports. The patient only and the patient with partner. You can see example of the reports in the 2 following pictures.

     Patient Only contains information from the medical information tab in the patient chart with some information from the demographic info tab (names, addresses, phones, date of birth, etc). The chart notes, procedure notes, communication notes are also shown along with donor information if there is one and that the data is not flagged anonymous.
 

     The Patient with Partner report lists same information as in the Patient Only report on the left side, and the partner's information to the right side (This assumes there is a partner). For complete information on how the preview window works, see the Preview window chapter.
