Reports - Patient Chart
The Detailed Patient's Reports dialog window is for selecting the desired report. There is radio buttons to select the report type. Click on the radio button to select it. A radio button is a one ON only type of button. That means that only one button can be selected at a time within a group of buttons inside a gray box. When you select one, the others are automatically unselected. All the reports on this dialog window are related to the currently selected patient chart.
The Cycle notes report has another control to select the cycle number to print. Type the cycle number or use the little arrows to change the cycle number up or down. This number control is enabled only when you select cycle notes.
The "Choose the Printer" box, when checked, will show a printer dialog box before the printing starts. This dialog (see below) will give you the chance to change the target printer. (See Choose Printer dialog)
The "Direct to Printer" check box, when checked, will send the report output directly to the default printer instead of the print preview window. Note that you can still send to a printer from the print preview window. (See Print Preview)
After making your selection, click on the "Process..."
button to start the report generation.
