Report - Scanned Documents
     You can print this report from 2 locations in FertiSoft, from the "Report - Patient Printouts - Detail Patient's Report..." menu option or from the "Report - Patient Printouts - Print ALL Scanned Documents..." menu option. When you click on one of the 2 options, you will get the following dialog.

     This dialog window has 3 buttons; "Printer Setup" to select a printer and change some printing options, "Cancel" to abort and return to the previous screen, and "Print" to start the printing process. If there is many scanned documents, it may take few minutes before all documents are sent to the printer.

     The print all scanned document routine is building a list of all scanned documents for a patient and will display them one by one in the dialog window and sends a copy of each one to the printer.
 


     While all the scanned documents are being printed, you will have the following dialog window on the screen. At any moment, you can click on "Cancel" to abort the operation and return to the previous screen. Only the already processed documents will be printed.
