Patients scheduled with "test"
Clicking on the "Process..." button will start the report generation. The process will build the report in memory showing you the progress in the dialog window. When the process finishes, FertiSoft will bring you to the print preview screen where you can visualize the report as if it were on paper. From this preview, you can then decide to print it on paper or not. Clicking on the "Direct to printer" checkbox before "Process..." will bypass the print preview screen and send the report directly to your default printer. Clicking on the "Choose Printer" checkbox will activate a dialog window to choose your printer BEFORE it is previewed or printed. This is useful if you want to change the target printer or change some of the printing parameters (See Patient Printouts).
The layout on the report is data retrieved from the cycle results for all the patients that were scheduled test between the 2 dates. If you want only one date, put the same date in both calendars. It lists ordered by Patient's ID. You have the choice between all the following test types:
- Patients Scheduled with BHCG
- Patients Scheduled with MD U/S
- Patients Scheduled with U/S
- Patients Scheduled with E2
- Patients Scheduled with P4
- Patients Scheduled with LH
- Patients Scheduled with HCG
- Patients Scheduled with MTX
- Patients Scheduled with APLS
- Patients Scheduled with CBC
- Patients Scheduled with FHP
If the selected test results are not stored in the cycle results grid, the results column will show "N/A". The test with results will be: BHCG, E2, P4, LH and HCG.
You have useful information on this report, from left to right:
- Patient's ID
- Name
- Date of birth
- Cycle type and number
- Stimulation type
- Cycle day number
- Cycle day date
- Results of test (if available)
