Stimulation Orders Listing
     When you want to print a list of patient with stimulation orders filtered by cycle type and next month of cycling (from checklist) in FertiSoft, you have to select the following menu:
 

Then, this dialog box with different controls will appear.
 


     The "Enter Report Date:" box is for filtering on the date of the next cycle. This information must be entered in the cycle checklist for this filter to work. The default selected date is today's date.  These is 1 date control where you can specify the date filtering for the report. There is a calendar to choose the date from. You choose a date by clicking on the number for the day you want. The selected date will appear in a blue circle. Date is entered by clicking in a calendar where you can find the date you want. Clicking on the arrows will move from month to month. If you click on the name of the month on the calendar, a drop down menu will appear, giving all of the available months. Clicking on the year will produce 2 small up-down arrows, allowing the change of year . The selected date is shown in the blue circle. Clicking on the red circle at the bottom left will bring the calendar to today's date. If no date is entered in a field, by default, the date control has today's date.

     The "Choose the Cycle types" box is a multi-selection list box where you can click on a line to select it. You can select many lines as clicking on a line will NOT unselect the others. To unselect a choice, you just click on the line again. This is a list of cycle types from the system table. The report will list patients with the selected cycle type as a next cycle type entered in the cycle checklist tab only. If you do not select a cycle type, the list will contain all the cycle types. The date will then filter for the MONTH of the next cycle according to data stored in the cycle checklist.

     Clicking on the "Process..." button will start the report generation. The process will build the report in memory. When the process finishes, FertiSoft will bring you to the print preview screen where you can visualize the listing as if it were on paper. From this preview, you can then decide to print it on paper or not. Clicking on the "Choose the output Printer" checkbox will activate a dialog window to choose your printer BEFORE it is previewed. This is useful if you want to change the target printer or change some of the printing parameters (See Printing Dialog).

     The layout on this listing is data retrieved from the patient database for the filters you chose and only patients matching the filters will appear on the list. This is a useful listing showing standard demographic information, stimulation orders and biology orders from the cycle notes. If no orders are entered, it gives space to hand write some information to enter in the cycle notes afterward.

You have useful information on this report, from left to right:

  • Cycle type in the header
  • When the cycle type changes, there is a page break

Then each patient is listed like:

  • Patient's ID
  • Name
  • Date of birth and age
  • Home phone number
  • Main consent form sent to patient?
  • Main consent form signed?
  • Stimulation orders from cycle notes
  • Biology orders from cycle notes
