Clicking on the "Process..." button will start the report generation. The process will build the report in memory showing you the progress in the dialog window. When the process finishes, FertiSoft will bring print directly to the printer. The printer must be loaded with enough labels similar to the "Avery #5960" for the number of pages needed. Clicking on the "Choose Printer" checkbox will activate a dialog window to choose your printer BEFORE it is printed. This is useful if you want to change the target printer or change some of the printing parameters (See Patient Printouts). The layout on the labels is data retrieved from the cycle results sub-tab for the date you chose and only patients with tests scheduled for this day. You need to select a date and, if desired, a satellite OR hospital affiliation filter for this series of labels and printing of extra empty labels, the other controls are disabled (grayed out). The order of printing is by patient's name alphabetical order. The extra labels are calculated according to the space left at the end of the last labels page. A label page holds 30 labels. If the last page receives 15 labels, it leaves 15 empty labels to use unattended. The number generated must be used to enter in the cycle day column for the patient performing tests without being scheduled. This will permit reception of results in the good cell of the cycle result. You have useful information on the label, from left to right:
