Then, a dialog box (picture below) with different controls will appear.
- There are 2 date controls: "From:" and "To:", where
you can specify date filtering for the report. You choose a date by clicking on the number for the day you want. The
selected date will appear in a blue circle. Dates are entered clicking in a calendar where you can find the date you
want. Clicking on the arrows will move from month to month. If you click on the name of the month on the calendar, a
drop down menu will appear, giving all of the available months. Clicking on the year will produce 2 small up-down
arrows, allowing the change of year . The selected date is shown in the blue circle. Clicking on the red circle at the
bottom left will bring the calendar to today's date. If no date is entered in a field, by default, the date control has
today's date.

- A "Report:" combo box to choose the type of report to print. Each
report is explained in details in its own section.
- An "IVF Doctor:" combo box to choose the physician's name to print on
top of the report.
- A "Satellite:" combo box with a list of satellites for filtering the
report on a specific satellite location.
- An "Affiliation:" combo box with a list of hospitals for filtering the
report on a specific hospital affiliation.
A combo box is a list of pre-selected choices. When you click on
the little arrow to the right of the field, it will show a list of choices already entered in the system tables. Most of
time, the information you need will be there, but if it is not, you will have to create a new entry in the system table.
But make sure it is not already there to avoid duplication of data in the tables. You should ask the staff responsible
for this administration function. You cannot manually enter these information fields.
If you want to view the requested information on screen, just
click "Process...". A preview window will appear with the
report. You can print from here by clicking on the print icon.
After you have selected your report, you can decide to use one
or both of the 2 following check boxes:
Choose the printer
If this check box is checked, a Print dialog
window will show up asking to which printer you want to print.
Direct to printer
If this check box is checked, the printout will go directly to the printer.
